Young Living Peppermint Oil is so potent and

pure that ONE DROP delivers the effectiveness

of 26 cups of pure peppermint tea.

This is one of the best oils for supporting the digestive system. It can help relieve occasional heartburn and nausea, but it also supports your immune system, respiratory system, and musculoskeletal  system. I use it every day, but I am so grateful I have it on the days when I am not feeling my best!

When you can’t go –
This is a little TMI, but peppermint oil can help alleviate occasional constipation. First try rubbing some on your stomach and see if that does the trick. Then, put a couple of drops directly on some tissue paper and drop it in the toilet.  Sit for a few minutes and wait, the fumes should help relax your muscles and allow you to go easier.

Occasional Discomfort – Can help relieve occasional gas and bloating. Just rub a few drops all over your abdomen

Before a Test – Helps with focus and concentration. Apply a drop or two on your temples, inhale from the bottle, or diffuse.

Instant Pick-Me-Up – Anyone who has ever taken a big whiff of peppermint knows that it can really wake you up. If you are on a long car trip, about to exercise, or you’re just feeling really tired, using peppermint aromatically can help you feel more awake!

Planes, Cars, Boats, Merry-go-rounds – Peppermint can be used for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting or dizziness associated with motion

Healthy Hair – Add a couple drops of peppermint oil to your shampoo to keep hair healthy and encourage new growth. Or, make your own all natural shampoo!

Feeling Sore – Applying a few drops of peppermint to your skin helps with occasional aches and pains

Breathe Again – Want to clear your sinuses? Just take a big whiff of peppermint oil. Or, you can mix it with coconut oil and rub onto your chest so that it will last all night while you sleep.
