How to Use PanAway Essential Oil
Panaway is an original creation from Young Living
and contains a blend of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove, and Peppermint Oil
All of the individual oils in this blend are beneficial to your body!
Wintergreen – helps support healthy muscular and skeletal systems
Helichrysum – helps support healthy muscular and circulatory systems
Clove – helps support healthy muscular and immune systems
Peppermint – supports the circulatory system and relieves minor aches and pains
Combining all of these oils leaves you with the blend called Panaway, which is most commonly used to penetrate the skin to soothe soreness after strenuous activity. But there are a couple different ways to do this, and I have listed them below!
Important Tip: This oil should not be given to children under 2 years old because it contains menthol
Apply Directly to Skin to Relieve Tension – Rub a couple drops of this essential oil blend onto your temples to ease minor head tension. Rub a few drops of oil on your back or muscles as needed.
Discomfort Cream – Use for any kind of normal aches and pains, including sore muscles after exercise
Soothing Bath –
Relieve sore muscles and detox at the same time!
Combine 1 cups of epsom salts, 1/4 cup baking soda, and 5-10 drops of PanAway. Store in a glass jar. Pour mixture in a hot bath and soak for about twenty minutes for best results.
Skin wellness – Very helpful oil to have on hand if you fall down or bump something too hard. This oil helps support proper healing, and promotes the appearance of healthy skin coloration.
